The Incredibly Boring Publication is a commissioned publication that deals with the everyday and the routine, rethinking what makes them ordinary and examining them more through a critical eye to express the peculiarity, politics, and the extraordinary in situations and places often taken for granted.
The design of the publication was initially thought out as a cross between a hand-written diary and a self-published zine. Experimenting with photocopiers, scanners, real-life objects, different handwritings and collaged photos, the booklet adopted a manual DIY approach and was subsequently digitized to reflect the contemplative, juvenile and often sombre mood of the written pieces.
